Dispatch

The IMIS baby massage warehouse packs orders on a Friday afternoon for a Monday morning dispatch at 8am (AEST).

Urgent orders can be accommodated on request.

Shipping methods

Orders are dispatched via courier or Australia post dependant on the delivery address.

Incorrect Delivery Information.

Please enter all delivery details carefully. You must include ALL address details including full street number, street name and company name if applicable. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information can delay delivery. A re-delivery fee will be passed onto you from our couriers for incorrect address details. The minimum fee for re-delivery is $16.50.

Bulk Order Discounts

Discounts may apply for bulk orders delivered to one address-please enquire for quote.

PO Boxes

You are welcome to use a street address or PO Box address for your order. If the items you order are too large to fit in your mailbox please look out for a calling card from our courier or your national postal service to advise you that they are holding your parcel for collection.

If you are not home to accept delivery of your items a calling card will be left by our courier or your national postal service to advise you that they are holding your parcel for collection.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations and warehouse items are nonrefundable.
